You'll provide direct clinical care while shaping service development, clinical governance,



and quality improvement aligned with the Australian Clinical Guidelines for Early Psychosis.ResponsibilitiesProviding expert clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary early psychosis teamDelivering advanced, evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventionsPartnering with consumers, families and carers in youth-friendly, recovery-oriented careSupervising, mentoring and supporting clinicians to build capability and confidenceStrengthening service integration with schools, NGOs, primary care and community partnersDriving clinical quality, safety, outcome measurement and continuous improvementYour contribution as a healthcare professional will have a meaningful and positive impact, which is felt at a community level.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:Relevant qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Senior Psychology or Nursing with Australian recognised peak body registration and/or AHPRA.Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise and leadership capabilityMinimum 5 years' post-graduate mental health experience, including youth or early psychosisNSW Working With Children Check and NSW Class C Drivers LicenceExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented, inclusive approachApplications close:10 September ****This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases.
