A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.What you'll be doingAs a Planning Lead within our Technology Enablement team, you'll play a key role in shaping how we plan and deliver our technology portfolio.Reporting to the Manager, Technology, Strategy and Advisory, you'll own the facilitation of quarterly and annual planning cycles end-to-end, ensuring the right structure, inputs and alignment are in place to drive effective delivery across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.In this role, you will:Lead end-to-end planning cycles, including quarterly and annual planning ceremonies, working sessions and executive reviewsEnsure the right inputs, outputs and stakeholders are aligned across each planning cycleFacilitate cross-domain dependency management, identifying risks, blockers and trade-offsChampion consistent planning practices across teams, supporting adoption in a transforming technology environmentBuild robust relationships across delivery teams, program leadership and executives to drive alignment and decision-makingPresent resourcing views and planning insights to leadership to support prioritisation and maximise delivery outcomesDevelop and maintain planning playbooks,
