What you'll be doingReporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you'll play an important role in delivering the high standards our guests expect.
Your day will include:
Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to a consistently high standardCreating welcoming, beautifully presented spaces for our guestsRestocking and maintaining housekeeping trolleys and suppliesAssisting guests with friendly, helpful service when requiredRespecting guest privacy and following hotel security proceduresWorking closely with the wider hotel team to keep daily operations running smoothlyFollowing workplace health, safety and hygiene standards
