Reporting to the Supervisor: Operations Processing, this role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the fines crushing plant circuit while supporting fixed plant maintenance activities to maximise plant availability in a sustainable and cost-effective manner.This position plays a key role in supporting both the Operations and Maintenance teams to achieve safety, reliability, and production targets across the fines crushing plant circuit, including the processing plant.




This role is offered on an 8 days on/6 days off FIFO roster, with direct flights provided to site from Perth and/or Kalgoorlie.About The RoleOperate and maintain the fines crushing plant circuit safely and efficiently to achieve production targetsMonitor plant performance including conveyors, crushers and screensSupport maintenance activities across the fine crushing plant circuitWork closely with Operations and Maintenance teams to minimise downtimeAssist in improving plant reliability and equipment availabilityRead and interpret engineering drawingsUse systems such as SAP to support operational and maintenance activitiesDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety and site standardsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plantAbout YouPeople are at the heart of everything we do.

To be considered, you should have:Minimum 3-5 years' experience in mining or a similar processing environment, including previous experience operating mobile crushing equipmentExperience working with mineral processing or automated industrial equipmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience using ERP systems,
