Senior Property Manager – Industrial Portfolio
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a significant industrial portfolio, working alongside the Facilities Manager function.
This role covers tenant relationships, lease administration, financial reporting and compliance across a diverse asset base.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the tenancy schedule and Critical Dates Register in YardiManage lease provisions, rent reviews and tenant noticesObtain and monitor bank guarantees per lease termsManage budgets, outgoings reconciliations and tenant invoicing in YardiAct as primary tenant contact, resolving issues and leading quarterly meetingsConduct regular site inspections to maintain portfolio presentationSupport compliance, transaction and asset transition activitiesContribute to monthly reporting
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial property managementStrong financial acumen and accrual accounting knowledgeWorking knowledge of Yardi or similar platformExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Base Salary: $150k inc super.
