Based in Southbank, Victoria, you'll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres—providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scopeClean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfacesDust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windowsSafely use chemicals, equipment,



and machinery; perform physical tasksSupervise and train team members through site visits and hands-on supportAct as first contact for in office queries and elevate urgent issuesManage equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stockFollow all OH&S; policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious cleaning experienceStrong communication skills and ability to lead a small teamConfidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous)A smartphone for work communicationValid working rights in AustraliaDriver's licence and reliable car (essential)Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
