The facility contains a Health Club, 5 basketball courts, 2 program rooms, an outdoor aquatic area consisting of 50m pool, toddler pool and dive pool, café, gymnastics studio and child care services.About the roleAs a Swim Teacher at Boroondara Sports Complex you will be developing and delivering lesson plans that promote swimming skill building in school aged children, combining stroke development with water safety and enhancing the overall confidence and ability of your students.Structure and design lessons with appropriate activities that challenge and develop your students swimming and water safety abilityRecommend students for level progression as appropriateTeach and model effective problem solving skills and conflict resolution skillsThis is a Casual role with an hourly rate up to $***** + super & Y Benefits.About youYou will be passionate about inspiring and developing water safety and swimming skills in children and young people.
Experience in other teaching or coaching roles is a bonus but not necessary.
