As an AI Delivery Analyst, you will help identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled solutions that support business objectives and improve operational outcomes.
You will work across business and technology teams to gather requirements, assess opportunities, coordinate vendor solutions and ensure initiatives are delivered in line with governance, risk and compliance requirements.
By combining analytical thinking with a user-focused approach, you will support the development of practical solutions from discovery and prototyping through to implementation.What You Offer3-5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, risk management, regulatory environments or similar industries, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience reviewing current processes,
identifying improvement opportunities and documenting future-state processes and business requirementsExperience translating business needs into practical technology solutions and supporting initiatives involving artificial intelligence, automation, data, analytics or workflow improvementExcellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment, manage competing priorities and influence outcomes across diverse teamsA proactive and risk-aware approach, complemented by strong attention to detail and experience working within governance, compliance, data privacy or information security frameworks; experience with data analysis, prototyping or AI-assisted development tools would be highly regarded.What We OfferBenefitsAt Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that's rewarding in all the ways that matter most to you.
