Assist the Head Chef with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, utilising your skills & experience.




You will be responsible for ensuring that every section of the kitchen operates to efficiency by planning, organising, supervising and coaching the team.The Ideal CandidateDemonstrated experience as a Sous Chef in premium restaurantStrong understanding of contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, with Greek and live-fire experience highly regarded.Effective management and communication of diverse teamExperience in managing and maintaining food safety program including documentationRostering and ordering experienceMonitor and supervise OH&S; standards and procedureAbility to build and maintain effective relationshipsGenuine interest in the day to day operationsExcellent attention to detailOutstanding time management during preparation and service periodsCalm and composed demeanourFull availability, able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsWhy Lucas CollectiveWe invest in our people.
