In this senior role, you will shape enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture, partner closely with product and delivery teams to plan roadmaps, and translate complex business needs into secure, resilient, high-performing solutions.
You will lead solution design standards, contribute to governance forums, and provide hands‐on leadership across architecture design and delivery within a scaled agile environment.Required SkillsExtensive Salesforce solution architecture experience with at least 8+ years delivering Salesforce projects, including large complex implementationsProven capability designing non-functional requirements for high-volume enterprise platforms including performance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability, and securityBroad architectural knowledge across Salesforce Clouds and industry solutions, with strong practical experience in Salesforce and Vlocity OmniStudioDemonstrated experience in system integration design and patterns, integrating Salesforce with other technologies and solutionsAbility to perform hands‐on prototyping and proof of concepts to validate approaches and provide early feedbackStrong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate solutions,
