As aShift Leader atGYG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences.We are looking for people that are available to work between 3-4 shifts a week, with flexible availability including early morning (6am onwards), late night (4pm onwards) and overnights (10pm onwards).
Your role will include:Team up with fellow managers to train, lead, coach and inspire your crew while keeping the energy high on every shiftChampion a "customer-first" mindset by delivering standout service to both new faces andregular guestsMaintaining high quality foodsafety, cash handling, cleaning and stock controlBe a proud ambassador of GYG by making sure all crew members live and breathe ourvalues, policies and proceduresCommunicate clearly and confidently with the restaurant team to keep everyone alignedBe hands-on with managing labour and COGS to help drive a successful, profitable storeOversee deliveries like a pro, ensuring orders are accurate and match invoicesWe appreciate diverse experience, but specifically,



we are looking for candidates who have:Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environmentA track record of providing outstanding customer serviceCompleted or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificateCompleted or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol courseBenefits of working with GYG:So much!
