You're confident working both independently and as part of a close-knit team, and you communicate clearly and calmly even under pressure.Minimum 2+ years' experience in Reception or Customer SupportExceptional customer service skills and qualified phone mannerStrong time management and multitasking abilityA polite, resilient and empathetic natureHigh attention to detailConfidence using initiative and problem-solving independentlyWillingness to get involved in all areas of the clinicAn energetic, driven and team-oriented approachDon't meet the 2-year mark?
