Electrify your future.About the roleAGL is looking for a Workplace Services Representative to deliver exceptional workplace experience and support across our corporate offices, helping create a safe, skilled and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and contractors.
The Workplace Services Representative is responsible for providing a high-level customer service, support and workplace advice on workplace related matters to all employees and visitors to AGL's corporate workplaces.
This role will be based at our Melbourne Corporate Office, on-site 5 days per week.What you will be doingDeliver skilled reception services, greeting all visitors, contractors and employeesManage incoming calls via the corporate switchboard and employee support lineManage the Workplace Services shared inbox, triaging and escalating enquiries as neededLead new starter induction tours and office tours for visitors and contractorsManage and maintain accurate security access for employees and visitorsCoordinate office consumables including stationery, kitchen supplies, beverages, crockery and glasswareOversee incoming and outgoing mail servicesSupport meeting room and event requirements,
