You'll play a critical role in ensuring service quality, developing team capability, and strengthening client relationships across the WA market.Key responsibilities include:Leading, mentoring and developing a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionalsDriving quality, compliance and service excellence across the teamSupporting consultants through coaching,
case discussions and professional developmentManaging a small portfolio of rehabilitation casesConducting workplace and vocational assessments where requiredBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, employers and stakeholdersContributing to business growth and regional success initiativesPromoting positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes for injured workersAbout YouWe're interested in experienced rehabilitation professionals who are passionate about both people leadership and client outcomes.You will bring:Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation CounsellingCurrent professional registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAAExperience within occupational rehabilitation, injury management or workers compensationStrong understanding of the WorkCover WA schemeProven ability to mentor, coach or lead others, or a strong desire to step into a leadership roleExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsA commitment to delivering exceptional customer and recovery outcomesWhy this role stands outThis isn't a management role where you'll be removed from the work you enjoy.
