Located in the heart of Gulgong, the Centennial Hotel is just 20 minutes from the award-winning tourism destination of Mudgee and approximately 31⁄2 hours from Sydney.We are seeking an experienced, responsible and highly motivated Senior Cook to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be confident, positive and passionate about consistency, teamwork and delivering quality food.You will work in a structured, productive and fast-paced setting alongside an established, diverse and energetic team.
You will also help us maintain our traditional values and consistently high standards of food quality, service and workplace culture.Applicants must have at least three years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
