Role Status: Full-time temporary vacancy available until 4 December ****Join the team as an Instructional Designer in Keswick, where you will develop and design valuable learning programs.
You will apply contemporary adult learning and development design skills, integrated with digital technologies to create informative and stimulating training curricula.
The role involves mentoring and upskilling relevant staff in instructional design concepts through e-learning tools.
Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are essential to ignite passionate leaners and educators, as they embark on their child protection journey at DCP.Desirable Qualifications:Workplace Training and Assessor qualification (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Training Design and Development) as required by the Australian Qualification Training Framework Standards or post-secondary qualification in Instructional Design.In this role, you will:Enact and design beneficial learning and development programsPropose valuable recommendations that heighten learner experiences and outcomesProduce e-learning modules that are highly resourceful and engagingTrain and mentor staff in instructional design practices utilising innovative technologiesAdapt to technological and system changes to embrace new learning resources.About you:You possess expert knowledge and experience in instructional designYou can articulately convey information surrounding e-learning and development toolsYou have exceptional coaching capabilities to guide staff and manage multiple programs simultaneouslyYou are a phenomenal written and verbal communicatorYou can effectively evaluate and improve learning modules through forward-thinking methods.Why You'll Love It Here - DCP Benefits That Matter:At DCP,
