We provide care and support across three integrated services:121 independent living villas in our retirement villageAn 80-bed residential aged care facilityCommunity care servicesWhat you'll do:Respond to maintenance requests and undertake general repairs, handyman, trade and labouring dutiesComplete scheduled maintenance, cyclical inspections and routine tasks using appropriate tools and light equipmentSupport refurbishment and project work as directed, while promoting safe, high-quality outcomesWhat you'll need:Trade certificate or relevant maintenance experienceCurrent Chief Fire Warden qualificationAt least 1 years' experience in trade, handyman or facilities maintenanceStrong WHS knowledge and commitment to safe work practicesAbility to safely use maintenance tools and equipmentStrong communication, organisation and time-management skillsFriendly,
