Mumtaaz Indian Bistro in Surrey Hills, Melbourne is seeking an experienced Chef to join the team on a full-time basis.
You will prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, ensuring high quality, taste and presentation in a fast-paced workplace.Responsibilities include supervising junior staff, managing inventories, and collaborating with the Head Chef to create new menu items.
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is preferred; salary ranges from AUD 73,000 to AUD 78,000 plus superannuation.
