This is an exciting chance to develop practical marketing and commercial experience while working across a diverse range of projects that support the growth of our business.Working closely with Marketing and the broader Commercial team, you will gain exposure to product launches, promotional activities, sales support, conferences, events and day-to-day marketing coordination.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn.You will be involved in keeping projects moving, coordinating with internal stakeholders and supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives from planning through to execution.To be eligible for this role, candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or Business and have graduated within the last two years.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate a range of marketing activities and projects, ensuring actions are followed through and deliverables are completed within agreed timelinesSupport the planning and execution of industry conferences and customer events, including logistics, materials and stakeholder coordinationAttend conferences, events and other industry activities to support the Commercial teamAssist with the launch of recent products, including coordinating marketing activities, timelines,
communications and launch materialsContribute to the development and coordination of promotional collateral, product materials, presentations and other marketing communicationsWork closely with the Sales team to provide marketing resources and support initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and commercial outcomesAssist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across relevant channelsConduct market, competitor and customer research to support marketing initiatives and commercial decision-makingProvide general support to the Marketing and Commercial teams across day-to-day activities and ad hoc projects as requiredQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or BusinessGraduated within the last two yearsStrong interest in marketing and developing a career within a commercial environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent spelling, grammar and punctuationExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelWillingness to learn and develop knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industryComfortable experimenting with AI toolsPersonal Attributes & SkillsProactive and willing to take initiative and follow tasks through to completionCurious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in understanding the business, products and customersPositive, team-oriented and solutions focused approach to working with internal stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships across different teamsCommercially minded, with an interest in understanding how marketing contributes to business growthCreative and willing to contribute new ideas and fresh perspectivesAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environmentCommitted to producing high-quality work and contributing to continuous improvement
