We are now seeking to engage appropriately skilled and qualified individual Support Workers to assist a female client living with an Acquired Brain Injury in Yarrawonga.
Tasks will involve working as part of a team to support our client with personal care, including showering, toileting & grooming, transfers and home exercises.
Our client has her own vehicle to access the community to participate in activities that are of interest and meaningful to her.
FULL & EXTENSIVE TRAINING PROVIDED.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist personal care including showering, toileting & groomingAssist with transfersAssist with Mealtime ManagementTransport the client in clients own vehicle to access her communityAssist to attend appointments and complete shopping tasksFollow Care Plan,
