As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality dishes for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and standardsEnsure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and effective mannerMaintain high levels of food hygiene and safety standardsMonitor and control stock levels, ordering ingredients and supplies as neededTrain and supervise kitchen staff,



ensuring they follow proper food handling and preparation techniquesCollaborate with management to develop new menu items and specialsAssist with menu planning and costingMaintain a clean and organized kitchen environmentAdhere to all health and safety regulationsRequirements:Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environmentFormal culinary training and/or certification is preferredStrong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsValid food handling and safety certificationsWe offer a competitive salary of $76,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
