Join us and you'll contribute to genuinely meaningful projects while building your career in a growing, well-established business - where purpose and commercial strength go hand in hand.What you will be doing.Working closely with government agencies, community housing providers, and social impact developers you will deliver high-quality essential housing solutions that create lasting social impact for communities across Victoria and South Australia.Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of social housing and SDA projectsEstablish and maintain disciplined controls across project cost, programme, risk and reporting functionsManage AS-based head contracts, variations, EOT's and commercial risk with confidenceBuild trusted relationships with government, client, consultant and authority stakeholdersMentor Project Coordinators, Contract Administrators and Site teams, embedding consistent standards and behavioursDrive a culture of equality, safety and continuous improvements across the portfolioSupport resource planning,
