Contract Details: Full-time; Salary $76,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation; 12 months of experience minimumPRN SONS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team in Winmalee, NSW, Australia.
As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality dishes for our customers.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and standards- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety standards- Monitor and control stock levels, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed- Train and supervise kitchen staff,
ensuring they follow proper food handling and preparation techniques- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials- Assist with menu planning and costing- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment- Adhere to all health and safety regulationsRequirements:- Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen workplace- Formal culinary training and/or certification is preferred- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Strong communication and leadership skills- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends- Valid food handling and safety certificationsWe offer a competitive salary of $76,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
