The purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project plans and strategy by delivering HR support and initiatives.Key responsibilitiesSupport the project leaders in improving project performance through peopleSimplify tools and processes for HR across the projectSupport managers to effectively lead teams through change, performance management, and employee relations matters.Help create and support innovation and organisational changeTimely and accurate HR reporting to support effective decision making within the projectAssist the project leaders in managing costs and delivering on approved budgetsImplement HR initiatives to support the delivery of the relevant Project Management Plans (where relevant)Identify resource and skill gaps, develop and implement strategies to bridge gapsAdministration of performance and rewards initiatives across the project, including promotions,
