We are seeking a Night Care and Support Worker for our Pears Court Retirement Living Service.
At Jewish Care, we support people to live independently, with dignity and connection at the heart of everything we do.
Our Retirement Living services offer a vibrant, supportive community where tenants can enjoy their independence, knowing care and support are there when needed.
This role is based on an average of 35 hours per week, worked across a two-week rolling rota.
Night shifts run from 9:00pm to 7:00am.
The shift pattern is as follows Week 1: Saturday, Sunday, Thursday, Friday There is a genuine occupational requirement, in accordance with the Sex Discrimination Act ****, for the postholder to be female.
About the role This isn't a typical care role.
As a Care & Support Worker, you'll support tenants living in their own flats—helping them stay independent, connected, and in control of their lives.
From practical support to companionship, you'll build meaningful relationships and play a key role in creating a strong community.
