financial institutions and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction completionManaging settlement processes, including funds transfers and registration of documentsProviding legal advice to clients on property transactions, title issues and related mattersWhat We Are Looking For:3-5 years' recent experienceExperience in property law, contract review, or related practiceStrong technical drafting and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsThe ability to manage files independently from start to finishAccurate time recording and billing experienceA proactive, commercially minded approach to legal practiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlinesA current NSW Practising CertificateWe have a great reputation for having a friendly and supportive work setting and a team of talented and collaborative staff and we take pride in our culture of providing clients with traditional personal service.We require successful applicants to provide a satisfactory police clearance prior to commencing employment.We're here to help.
