As Team Administrator within our Melbourne Valuations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality valuation services to a diverse client base.
Acting as the operational backbone of the team, you will ensure valuation reports, client communications, and administrative processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and to a professional standard.Working closely with our valuers and Executive Assistant, you'll help keep projects moving, support client service excellence, and contribute to the overall success of a collaborative and high-performing team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to Melbourne's dynamic property market and build a rewarding career with one of the world's leading property advisory firms.What You'll be DoingProviding timely, quality administrative services, electronic filing, letters and other correspondence, emailing and maintenance of registers/databasesRegistering valuations jobs and creating files to established protocolsConducting research and searches using various planning and property portalsPreparing and formatting valuation reports to a high standardResponding to client enquiries on behalf of ValuersMaintaining and updating office systems, procedures and processesSupporting a team of valuers, working closely with the Executive AssistantCoordinating travel arrangements and manage expenses as requiredProviding ad hoc administration support as requiredWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in a similar administration role advantageousReal Estate experience is ideal but not essentialDegree qualifications in Property Economics and an eagerness to start your career in Valuations would be highly regardedExcellent time management and organisational skillsExceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillsExperience using Valex Valuation Banking System highly regardedThe ability to work well within a team, able to handle pressure and importantly have the initiative to take on any necessary tasks to improve the effectiveness of the teamWhy Savills is a Excellent Place to WorkAt Savills, we believe in helping people thrive through places and spaces, and that starts with our own team.
