We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Park Ridge, Australia.
In this crucial role, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety protocols.Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping operationsMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracyImplement and enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures to maintain a protected working environmentMonitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectivenessCollaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure seamless operationsResolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments in a timely mannerConduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify training needs for warehouse personnelEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies,



and quality standardsQualificationsProven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory roleStrong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectivelyExcellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking softwareComprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environmentExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challengesEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‐functional teamsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)Certification in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is an advantageFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is desirableKnowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Park Ridge, Australia
