Maintenance Supervisor – Ingleburn – Up to $120k + Super (Day shift) (BH-*****)Location Ingleburn, Australia Sector Manufacturing & Production Salary $90,****** to $120,****** per annumIngleburn, NSW | Permanent Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm | $90,000 – $120,000 + SuperThe OpportunityFuse Recruitment are exclusively partnered with a leading Australasian Manufacturing brand and are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their well-established manufacturing facility based in Ingleburn.This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position working alongside the Operations, Production and Maintenance teams to ensure plant and production equipment is maintained to the highest standard.This is a hands-on leadership role, with approximately 20% supervision and 80% hands-on maintenance.

you will work closely with Operations, Production, Engineering, Operators and the Maintenance team to ensure all plant and production machinery is operating safely and efficiently.You will supervise and support a team of four fitters and electricians, while remaining actively involved in hands-on maintenance activities across the site.You day will start with a shift hand over from the Night shift supervisor and your day will end with a shift handover to the afternoon shift supervisor.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, mentor and support a team of maintenance tradespeople and machine operatorsOversee maintenance activities across two key production linesCarry out preventative and breakdown maintenance across plant and equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faultsMaintain and repair automated processing equipment, conveyors and production machineryCarry out servicing and maintenance of shredders and optical sorting equipmentCoordinate and participate in repairs across site plant and equipmentManage critical spare parts and maintenance inventoryLead small maintenance projects and equipment installationsWork closely with Operations, Engineering and Production to improve equipment reliabilityIdentify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve plant performancePromote and maintain a strong safety-first cultureSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the facilityAbout YouYou will be an experienced maintenance professional with strong technical skills and previous experience leading or supervising maintenance activities in an industrial manufacturing environment.You will be comfortable working hands-on, troubleshooting equipment and supporting your team while maintaining a solid focus on safety, reliability and production performance.To Be Successful, You Will HaveTrade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter or Industrial ElectricianPrevious experience supervising or leading a maintenance teamStrong mechanical and electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skillsExperience in an industrial manufacturing environmentKnowledge of automated production equipmentPLC fault-finding experience, particularly Allen Bradley / Siemens, highly advantageousExperience with conveyors, shredders, optical sorting equipment or similar automated machinery is highly advantageousElectrical Disconnect/Reconnect competency highly advantageousStrong understanding of preventative maintenance and equipment reliabilityExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong commitment to WHSAbility to work collaboratively with Operations and ProductionFlexibility to support operational requirements when requiredForklift licence advantageousWhy Apply?
