We're on the hunt for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a high-volume Melbourne CBD pub known for its modern menu and a reputation for serving some of the best pizzas in a public bar.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in busy environments, loves building strong teams, and is always looking for ways to be better than yesterday.About the RoleAs Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen operation, setting the standard for food quality, consistency, and culture.
