We are currently working with a well-regarded mid-tier law firm in Melbourne that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing Commercial Litigation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded litigator who is looking for quality work, genuine autonomy, strong client exposure and a supportive team environment.
About You
Ideally, you will have:
5+ years' post admission experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolutionStrong technical litigation and dispute resolution skillsExperience managing matters autonomously from start to finishExperience across areas such as contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency related matters, debt recovery and general commercial disputesStrong communication and client relationship skillsAn interest in business development and developing your own qualified networkA genuine willingness to mentor and support junior lawyers
You'll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively but is equally comfortable taking ownership of your matters and dealing directly with clients.
