You will support adults in CPA group homes to live independent, empowered lives, with person‐centred care, personal routines, and meaningful community engagement.Your role involves skills-building, safe mobility support, transport, and cooperative planning with clients and the team, with travel between Wyong, Long Jetty and Umina.
