This is more than a compliance-focused accounting role.You'll work alongside experienced advisors and partners with a diverse portfolio of clients, from entrepreneurs and growing businesses through to established and complex groups.You'll have the opportunity to go beyond the numbers, helping clients understand their financial position, solve problems, improve performance and make confident decisions about the future.Depending on your level of experience, you'll have the opportunity to:Deliver accounting,



taxation and business advisory servicesWork across a diverse portfolio of businesses and industriesBuild and manage trusted client relationshipsProvide practical advice that makes a genuine difference to clientsTake ownership of engagements and contribute to team performanceIdentify opportunities to improve processes and add valueWork closely with Directors and leaders who are invested in your developmentProgress your career with a transparent pathway and opportunities to take on greater responsibilityWhat you'll bringWe're interested in hearing from Intermediate Accountants, Senior Accountants, Supervisors and Managers with experience in Business Advisory, Business Services or Tax within public practice.You'll ideally have:A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance or a related disciplineCA or CPA qualification, or be actively working towards completionExperience in business services, business advisory and/or tax within public practiceStrong technical accounting and taxation capabilityA genuine interest in working with clients and understanding their businessesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, commercial and solutions-focused mindsetThe ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality workThe Vincents ExperienceWe believe people do their best work when they're supported, challenged, and inspired.
