As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our customers while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and customer preferences- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen setting- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations- Train and supervise kitchen staff,



as needed- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials- Adhere to portion control and cost management guidelines- Handle and store food products properly- Assist with inventory and stock management- Other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:- 12 months of work experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen- Certificate 3 in commercial cookery or equivalent- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time- Must have a valid work permit for AustraliaWe offer a competitive salary of $***** to $***** plus superannuation, based on experience and qualifications.
