Job DescriptionOur team helps protect Banking and Financial Services from cyber threats by identifying, investigating and responding to security incidents.

In this role you will investigate and respond to advanced cyber threats targeting our Retail Banking business.
You will analyse attack trends and emerging risks to help improve proactive security measures, while working closely with other teams to coordinate effective incident response and remediation.
You will also support our 24/7 Security Operations Centre through a rotational on-call schedule.About the Candidate3-5 years' experience in security operations within large enterprise environmentsExperience leading and coordinating security incident response activities with cross-team collaboration to deliver effective remediationStrong understanding of web application security, common vulnerabilities and contemporary web and API security risks, including the OWASP Top 10Experience supporting incident response for phishing, fraud and account compromise within retail banking environmentsStrong knowledge of cloud security and threat detection in AWS and GCP, with experience using security information and event management platforms such as Splunk, Google SecOps, Sumologic CloudSIEM or similar tools, and an interest in emerging technologies including AI-enabled security operations capabilitiesWhat we offerAt Macquarie,
