Silverchain is seeking an Occupational Therapist to visit elderly clients in their homes around the Penrith/Nepean area, delivering practical advice, services and solutions to help maintain independence and wellbeing.You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with no weekend work, in a supportive multidisciplinary team and provide ADL assessments, equipment prescriptions, home modification recommendations and tailored intervention services.
