We are partnering with a large and complex organisation looking for an experienced AI Portfolio & Engagement Advisor to play a key role in identifying, shaping and progressing AI opportunities across the business.This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of business, technology and innovation - working with stakeholders to turn ideas into well-defined initiatives, build a strong pipeline of opportunities and help drive AI adoption across the organisation.The OpportunityAs the key engagement point for AI opportunities, you will work closely with business leaders, delivery teams and governance stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, assess feasibility and business value, and guide initiatives from early ideation through to implementation.You will be responsible for:Partnering with business areas to identify challenges and uncover high-value AI opportunitiesFacilitating discovery workshops, ideation sessions and stakeholder consultationsShaping AI initiatives, including expected outcomes, benefits, success measures and value propositionsManaging and maintaining an AI opportunity pipeline and portfolioSupporting prioritisation, demand management and investment planningCoordinating governance, risk and assurance activities across security, privacy, architecture, information management and legal teamsPreparing executive reports, dashboards, portfolio updates and briefing materialsSupporting benefits planning, change readiness and adoption activitiesHelping build AI awareness,



capability and repeatable approaches for identifying and assessing AI opportunitiesThe role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, with a strong focus on ensuring AI initiatives are strategically aligned, well-governed and deliver measurable business value.About YouYou will bring a strong combination of business engagement, portfolio management, strategic analysis and digital transformation experience.Ideally, you will have experience in:Business relationship management and senior stakeholder engagementPortfolio, pipeline or demand managementBusiness analysis and opportunity assessmentFacilitating workshops and shaping new initiativesDigital transformation, innovation or emerging technology programsGovernance, risk and assurance processesBenefits management and business case developmentExecutive reporting and presenting insights to senior stakeholdersAI strategy, adoption or emerging technology initiativesYou don't necessarily need to be a highly technical AI specialist.
