Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to lead and deliver high-quality hospital pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines across the hospital setting.You will organise and manage your designated pharmacy area, provide medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients, medical and nursing staff, and other health professionals, exercising skilled autonomy and sound clinical judgement.
