As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering the polished, welcoming setting our guests expect and love.We are currently recruiting for a guest oriented and dedicated Room Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis.
As part of your day you will be responsible for the cleaning and resetting of our guest rooms, maintaining our cleaning trolleys and ensuring they always remain stocked and participating and supporting special cleaning projects as they arise.
Your work will directly impact the guest experience - helping them feel relaxed, valued, and at home.The day-to-day:Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms,



and public areas to Novotel brand standardsRestock amenities and ensure room presentation is guest-readyReport maintenance issues and lost property promptlyWork efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timelinesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in back-of-house housekeeping areasProvide friendly and respectful interactions with guests and team membersEnsure health & safety protocols are followed at all timesOur perfect fit:Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotels, hospitals, commercial cleaning, etc.)Solid attention to detail and a commitment to high standardsReliable, punctual, and physically fit for a hands-on roleAble to work independently and within a supportive teamExcellent time management and organisational skillsFriendly and respectful with a guest-first attitudeAbility to demonstrate and understand safe work practicesExperience working with chemicalsSafe manual handling techniquesFlexible with availability, including weekends and public holidaysThe Perks!
