This role is responsible for end-to-end accounts payable processing, ensuring invoices are accurately captured, approved, and paid in line with company policies and deadlines.You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, using Zahara for purchase-to-pay workflows and SAP as the core ERP system.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, appropriate approvals,



and timely paymentManage invoice matching against purchase orders and receipts through ZaharaMaintain supplier master data and respond to supplier queries professionally and efficientlyReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepanciesProcess payment runs and assist with month-end accounts payable activitiesEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirementsCollaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across accounts payable workflowsAbout YouProven experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally within a medium to large organisationHands-on experience with Zahara and SAP (or similar ERP systems)Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skillsConfident communicator, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliersSound understanding of accounts payable controls and processesAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and accuracyWhy Join?
