About the role:
You'll support the Group HR & Compliance Manager with audits and compliance activities across corporate and franchise sites.

Key tasks include:
Assisting with workplace audits
Monitoring compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards & WHS
Preparing reports and supporting implementation of recommendations
Promoting accountability and fairness across the business

Strong attention to detail and eager to learn
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Integrity, professionalism, and discretion
