The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for an Associate or Senior Associate to join this high-performing employment team.
You'll work closely with a very well-regarded Partner and other senior lawyers on a broad mix of advisory and contentious workplace matters.
The role offers strong mentoring, direct client exposure and the opportunity to take increasing ownership of matters as your experience develops.
The work includes:
Unfair dismissal and general protections claimsDiscrimination, bullying and sexual harassment mattersWorkplace investigationsEmployment contracts, policies and compliance advicePerformance management, disciplinary processes and restructuresEnterprise bargaining and industrial relations mattersExecutive exits,



restraints and contractual disputesWorkplace health and safety matters
The team acts for employers across a wide range of industries, from smaller organisations through to very large and complex businesses.
About You
Approximately 3–8 years' PAE in employment lawExperience across advisory and/or contentious employment mattersStrong drafting, analytical and client communication skillsA practical and commercially focused approachThe ability to manage matters autonomously while enjoying collaboration and supportA genuine interest in progressing your career in employment law
