We are seeking an experienced and motivated Childcare educator to join our growing team.Work Days of the RoleMondayTuesdayThursdayFridayHours of Work of the Role8am-4pmDescriptionKey Responsibilities.Provide high quality care and supervision for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs appropriate to children's developmental needs.Promote children's physical, emotional, social, wellbeing and intellectual development.Maintain a safe, hygienic, and stimulating learning environment.Observe children's progress and communicate effectively with families regarding their development.Assist children with meals, hygiene, rest and daily routines.Work collaboratively with educators, families and management.Ensure compliance with the Education and Care services National Law and Regulations, workplace policies and child protection requirements.Salary.

· At least one year of relevant full time work experience as an Early Childhood Educator/Childcare educator.
· Current Working With Children Check ( or ability to obtain).
· Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates ( or willingness to obtain before commencement) · Have completed Mandatory Reporting – Protecting Children.
· Have current Foundations of Child Safety Training Course 1 and Course 2 · Have current Advance Child Safety Training Course 3 and Course 4.
· Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
· Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework (VEYLDF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)Children's Services Award ****AddressELAA acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Victoria and the nation.
