over the phone and via emailUnderstanding customer needs and recommending suitable productsAssisting with product fittings and general enquiriesProviding a high level of customer serviceSupporting the wider team across customer service and salesBuilding your product knowledge through ongoing trainingWhat we're looking for:Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing roleStrong communication skills and confidence speaking with customersA friendly, helpful and qualified approachComfortable working in a busy environmentInterest in health, sport, recovery or wellnessSport Science, Health Science or similar studies are highly regarded, but not essentialFull Australian working rights and availability for full-time workWhat's in it for you:$60,000 - $70,000 + superQuarterly bonusFull-time permanent positionSydney CBD and North Ryde locationsMonday - Saturday rotating roster with no Sundays and every second weekend off completelyOngoing product and industry trainingOpportunity to build experience within the healthcare and medical device industry
