subject to eligibility.About the roleThe Home Equipment Centre Coordinator coordinates the hire and sale of equipment and consumables to support efficient hospital discharge and ongoing care at home.
The role coordinates equipment tracking and follow-up processes to ensure hired equipment is appropriately maintained and managed.Key duties of the roleEnsure consumers are provided with consumables and equipment as per clinician referrals in a timely mannerEnsure that consumers are invoiced correctly as per their status for the sale of medical consumables and sale/hire of equipmentMaintenance of Home Equipment databases, information storage, and proceduresWork collaboratively with WCHN Clinicians to ensure a smooth transition of consumers to an adult serviceSupport and actively participate in a positive culture and safe work environmentSkills and ExperienceExperience working in a health setting and dealing with the general publicExperience in data management and computerised information and invoicing systemsDemonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of medical products and equipment, with strong communication and customer service skillsEnquiries can be directed toRajat SainiHome Equip Senior Coordinator********Application Closing DateMonday 07 September *******:55PMAdvertised: 24 Aug **** Cen.
