Rather than being confined to one stream of Competition law, you will work across merger assessments and transactions, ACCC engagement and merger filings, regulatory investigations, Part IV competition issues, restraint of trade, consumer law and competition-related disputes.You will advise blue-chip clients across a diverse range of industries, while collaborating with the broader Corporate & Commercial and Disputes teams on sophisticated matters.
