You will work closely with a dynamic recruitment team to achieve shared goals while developing new business across Victoria.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships across Victoria.Drive strategic sales initiatives to exceed financial and performance targets.Work closely with the recruitment team to support client needs and branch growth.Provide sales reports, market insights, and territory updates.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.Maintain high service standards, manage inbound enquiries,
