We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to become part of our clinical team at the Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility.
In this part time role, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents while being supported to grow and thrive in your career.Your responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and resident needsAdminister medications safely and accurately within scope of practice and organisational policiesComplete clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation using ECase and other clinical systemsMonitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes to the Registered NurseSupport the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plansDeliver care in line with aged care standards, policies, and best-practice guidelinesPromote residents' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeingWork collaboratively with residents, families, Registered Nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to achieve positive care outcomesContribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centred care environmentParticipate in ongoing learning, quality improvement initiatives,
