This role is both customer support and product development.
Your role will be not only to support customer delivery using HyperSec products but to improve the core products themselves.
HyperSec uses a tight loop customer engagement model for its product development and enhancement and this role is pivotal to this approach.

While all candidates with experience in data engineering and supporting code development are invited to apply, our ideal candidate will have transferableskills gained from working with data at scale in a customer support focused role.You will be part of a leading-edge team initially working with data at scale, supporting flexible ingestion for Cyber Security, Telecommunications, Financial and Defence segments.
This is primarily a product development role, where you will be required to work closely with customers to expand the product offering and implement use cases aligned to their specific needs.
