You'll lead the design and rollout of campaign creative across paid advertising, organic social, email and landing pages, while also supporting packaging, retail and broader brand projects.This is a hands-on role in a rapidly scaling consumer brand.
You'll work closely with the founders and marketing team, move quickly from concept to execution, and see your work reach customers fast.What you'll doLead campaign design from concept through to rollout across digital channelsCreate high-performing paid advertising assets, including static,



animated and motion creativeCreate organic social content that feels native to each platform and consistent with the Hyro brandDesign email campaigns and flows in KlaviyoCreate landing page and campaign assetsSupport packaging and product designDevelop point of sale and retail materialsDesign presentations, decks and internal brand documentsJump into whatever else a quick-growing brand throws at youWho you are4 to 5+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio across digital and printStrong campaign thinker who can turn a brief or idea into a cohesive suite of creative assetsExpert in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaComfortable creating static, animated and motion-led digital assetsComfortable using AI design tools and eager to keep learning how they can improve the speed and quality of your workFast, organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects with quick turnaroundsStrong eye for detail, composition and brand consistencyProactive, low ego and keen to grow with the businessJoin a rapidly growing Australian brand expanding globallySee your work ship constantly and reach hundreds of thousands of customersWork in a small, ambitious team where you'll have real ownershipWork from our office by the beach in Manly
